Summary:

The Editor will also work closely with writers and other members of the team to ensure that all materials are of high quality and meet the company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review written materials and edit for clarity, style, and accuracy
• Ensure that all written materials follow the company's style guide
• Work with writers to develop content that meets the company's standards
• Manage deadlines and prioritize work to meet project goals
• Fact-check information and confirm sources when necessary
• Develop content ideas and suggest revisions to improve the quality of written materials
• Collaborate with other members of the team to develop new and innovative ideas
• Maintain a high level of quality for all written materials
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience as an editor or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style, or other style guides
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
