How long does the publishing process take?
The publishing process can take anywhere from 24 hours to over 6 months. The length of time needed to publish your book will depend on a few factors. If you are self-publishing your book and your manuscript and cover are ready, the book can be published within 24 hours. If you require coaching from one of our certified BOBM experts along with any of our custom packages to help you take your project from concept to completion, the time commitment may take more than 6 months.
How much does it cost to publish my book?
The cost to publish a professional quality book can range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars. Here at BOBM Publishing, we have streamlined the process. We have simplified self-publishing packages for you to choose from and custom packages available if you need additional assistance through the process.
Once your book is published, we offer Print on Demand services so that you can stock up as needed. Our desire is to help you order and re-order copies as needed at an affordable rate and maximize your profits.

What types of books do you publish?
BOBM Publishing works with authors from all genres. We mainly focus on business, self-help, biography, collaborations, and other non-fiction works.
What are your royalty rates?
Industry standards for authors are a 60/40 split in the Publisher's favor. BOBM Publishing offers a generous 75/25 split in the author's favor. This rate is 75% of Net Revenue for Books ordered by resellers through our distributor. Net revenue means all revenue on Book sales, less any trade discounts taken by wholesalers, distributors, or online retailers, the printing costs, shipping costs, and sales tax (if applicable) of each Book.
Do you provide an advance payment?
BOBM Publishing does not pay advances against royalties.
Do you offer editorial services?
BOBM Publishing offers several types of editing services. We offer proofreading for basic touch up. We offer line and copy editing for a more thorough review of your manuscript. We offer developmental editing to help ensure a consistent flow and structure. We offer structural editing to maximize the impact of your writing.
What is your marketing plan for books?
We offer several different marketing options for our authors. We will host your launch to ensure that you achieve bestseller status. We have partnered with several media outlets to provide media exposure. We will work with you to customize your marketing plan and help you gain exposure to a wider audience upon release and after your book is published.
Do you publish e-books and audiobooks as well as print books?
Yes
Can I choose the cover design for my book?
Yes. Our graphic designers will work with you to develop a custom cover based on your vision.
Will you provide me with an ISBN for my book?
Yes. BOBM Publishing will provide you with an individual ISBN for each version of your book that requires an ISBN.
